New Year Challenge: Living an ACT:IVE Faith

posted by September 7th, 2012

James 2:15-17 challenges us to live an active faith, saying: “..faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.” Let’s not live a “dead” faith. We have opportunities as followers of Jesus and as global citizens, to advocate for, and actually help, our global brothers and sisters.

This fall, journey with us as we explore what it means to connect faith & justice and then ACT:IVATE that faith around an audacious goal to impact the issues most urgent to the world’s poor  (such as AIDS caregiver kits, malaria bed nets, micro loans for families, and anti-trafficking legislation).

Here’s how it works…

You rally your local group around the issue you’re passionate about. We’ll then equip you with free resources that connect faith and justice.

You will also be connected with a larger community of groups and issue experts., Together, we’ll explore what it means to live an active faith and ultimately work together to ignite movements of bringing justice to these issues.

Sign up to get started, get connected, and get ACT:IVE! We’re beginning September 24!

What issue do you want to act:ivate on this fall?
